(1) Muslim khavatin ki ihtijajj-mukhalifat reliyan nikalna kesa he ?

(2) muslim khavatin ka ihtijaji jalsa karna kesa he ?

(3) muslim khavatin ko Sahar ke mukhtalif ilaqo me jama karke aayate Karima aur surah e Yaseen vagera ki tilawat karke ijtimaee duaa karana kesa he?

(4)kya seculer mulk ke qanoon ki hifajat saraee masla he?

(5)agar secular mulk me secularism aur aqalliyato khususon musalmano ke khilaf hukumat koi qanun banaati he to kya karna chahiye?

Allah taala quraan Kareem me farmate he (vaqarn fi buyutikunan)
Quraane Kareem ki is ayat ne ek azim usul bayan farmaya he ke:
Aurat ka asal fariza ghar aur Khandan ko aabad rakhna he. Aur musalsal aesi sar garmiya jo is maqsad me khalal andaz ho uske asal maqsade zindagi ke khilaf he.
Albatta iska ye matlab bhi nahi ke aurat ke liye ghar se nikalna jaij nahi, balke zarurate diniya va dunviyya ke liye ghar se nikal Sakti he, jese haj, Umrah, ilajo muaalaja, niz rishtedaro se Milne ke liye aur zarurat ke vaqt sharee hudud- boundary me rehte huwe rozi kamane ke liye bhi nikal Sakti he.

Bharat me jo Naya qanun laya gaya he aur masjid girane ki koshish ki ja rahi he vo bilkul siyah qanun he, jo musalmano Ko apne hi mulk me ajnabi aur number 2 ka shahri banane ke liye he, balke ye kaha jaye ke ye musalmano Ko gair mulki sabit karne ki bharpur koshish he.

Is siyah (kaale) qanun ko rad karvane ke liye jitni bhi koshishe ho Sakti he karni chahiye, jisme qanuni chara joyi shath Sabse muasisr jo tariqa he vo poor Aman-shsnti ke sath ahtija-aawaz uthana he, jiska fayda khulkar nazar bhi aa raha he, ke hukumat is kale kanun par safai aur aapna difaa karne par majbur ho gayi he.

Balke ye kaha jaye ke mazkura tamam cheezo se zyada apna dini takhassoos-pehchan aur apne aap Ko mulk ka shahri sabit karna zaruri aur aham he.

Jis tarah apni jismani aur maali hifajat lazim he isi tarah naagrikta ke haqqon ke faydon ki hifazat, nij apne aapko nuqsan se bachana bhi lazim he.

Luqta ki Ma’ani he: Kisi cheez ko uthana yani lena, Istilah me- sharee’at ki zaban me Luqta kehte he kisi ka khoya hua maal jise dusra shakhsh utha le, chahe wo rupiye peaise ho ya sona- chandi ya koi aur saman balke lukta Hevan(janvar) bhi ho sakta he jese Gumshuda Untni, Gay, Bakri Vageirah. Luqta ka hukma ye he ke Agar zayi’a Hone ka Andesha ho Balke Galib Guman ho Yani Nahi Uthayega to zaye Ho jayega to uska Uthana aur Asal Malik Tak Pahuchana Vajib he, Aur Agar zaye Hone ka Andesha Nahi he aur Apne Aap per Itminan bhi he ke Kama Haqqahu uski Tash’hir adorotis kar sakega to Uthana Mushtahab he Aur agar khud per Itminan Nahi he to Us ko Nahi Uthana behtar he.
