taake woh apni apni ummat ko deen ki baten bataye.
un me se chhoti kitab ko saheefe aur badi kitab ko allah ki kitab kehte hai.

injeel hazrat isaa Alayhis salam par,
zaboor hazrat dawood Alayhis salam par
aur qayamat tak ke liye akhri kitab
Quran hamare nabi huzoor SALALLAHU ALAYHI WASALLAM par nazil hui.
Dusri kitabon ko gumrah aur aawarah mijaz logon ne bahut kuchh badal dala hai,
woh kitaben sab haq aur sach thi us asal kitab par hamara iman hai usee me apne apne zamane ke nabiyon ki ummat ke liye najaat rahi,
lekin ab asal shakal me woh kitaben mahfooz nahi.
lihaza jo baten quraan aur hadees ke muwafiq hogi use ham maanenge aur jo mukhalif hogi use nahi maanenge aur jo na muwafiq ho na mukhalif us bare me ham khamosh hai.

ab woh kitaben asli shakal par mahfooz nahi aur un par amal karna jaiz nahi.
quraan ki hifazat ka wada allah taaala ne kiya hai jaisa nazil huwa tha aaj bhi wesa hi mavjood hai.
us me kisi qism ki kami hui hai na izafa aur qayamat tak isi tarah mahfooz rahega

Quran padhne ka pehla darja ye hai ke itni aawaz se padha Jaye ke khud sun sake, aur dusra darja ye hai zaban tamam makharij ko lag kar harkat karti rahe.
lihaza zaban ya honth hilaye bagair sirf man aur dil me padhne se tilawate quran ka sawab nahi milega, han quran ko dekhne ka sawab milega.
agar is tarah namaz me quran padha Jaye to namaz bhi adaa nahi hogi.

Hadiye ke naam se taravih ka intizam karne walon (trustees) ki janib se jo kuchh bhi diya jata hai agarche khushi se aur bila shart ho to bhi jaiz nahin. kyun ke fiqah ka qaidah المعروف کالمشروط al maroof kal mashroot jo cheez riwaj me ho, jis ka dhara aur usool chal raha ho woh bila tay kiye bhi shart ke hukm me ho jati hai lihaza aise hadiye ka lena aur dena nasse qatee (Qur’an se haraam) hai
و لا تشترو بآیاتی ثمنا قلیلا
“Haqeer qeematon ke badle meri aayat ko mat bech dalo”

Albattah imam ko imamat ki ujrat ke saath taravih parhane ka izafa dena jaiz hai
Ba’az cheez asalan na-jaiz hoti hai lekin zimnan ya’ani kisi jaiz cheez ke taabea hokar woh bhi jaiz ho jati hai.

Agar taravih padhane waale hafiz ko hadyaa muntazimeen (trustee) hazrat ya commeeti de yaa chanda karke de to jaiz nahin,
Haan agar muqtadi hazraat apni taraf se infiraadi taur par de to jaiz balke behtar hai, dena chahiye hamari zemmedari hai
Ahqar kehta ke unka ehsan hai unhone hame Qur’an jaisi azeem neamat padhkar sunai lihaza har muqtadi ko apni haisiyat ke muwafiq apni saˋadat samjhkar naqad rupiye cover me pack kar ke dena chahiye
is tarah hafiz ka ikraam aur us ki housla afzai karni chahiye
NOTE: trustee hazraat ko chahiye ke hafizon ko aane jane ka kirayah ya petrol kharch zaroor den ye un ka haq hai
