TARAWEEH KE BICH PADHI JANE WALI TASBEEHE KE AEHTAMAM KA HUKM: (TASBEEH) jo ke taraaweeh ki har 4 rakaat par padhi jaati hai, kisi masnoon duaa ki kitaab me is ka zikr nahi hai , fir bhi uska itna ihtemaam karna kesa hai?

JAWAB

حامدا و مصلیا مسلما

Fiqhe hanafi ki kitaabo me se sab se pehle ye duaa QAHASTAANi ki sharhe wiqaayah me milti hai, Aur qahastaani ne uska hawaala (MANH’HUL IBAAD) naami kitaab ka diya hai, Fir qahastaani ki kitaab se ibne aabideen ne (RAD’DUL MUHTAAR) me naql kiya hai, fir ibne aabideen se ye duaa kutube fiqh wa fataawa me raaij hui.
lekin mazkurah duaa ke alfaaz chand riwaayato me alag alag hadees ki kitaab me waarid huwe hai, kisi ek riwaayat me ya kisi ek hadees ki kitaab me puri duaa ka subut nahi milta,
shayad yahi baat is duaa ki asal ho sakti hai,un mese farishto ki tasbeeh waali riwaayaat sanad ke itibaar se bahot ziyaadah kamzor hai, mazeed ye ke in riwaayato me is tasbeeh ka taraawih me padhne ka koi zikr nahi hai.

Akaabireene dewband ka mvqaf:

Margul fataawa ( )par haashiya me ye likha hai ,
Hamaare is zamaane me tasbeehe taraaweeh me bahot gulu hone laga hai, khususan bartaaniya (aur gujrat ki) aksar masaajid me taraawih ki ye tasbeeh ( ) bade bade postar aur ishtihaar ki shakl me qibla ki diwaar par badi taadaad me chaspaa ki jaati hai, haalan ke kisi mustahab ke saath ziyaadah ihtamaam aur waajib jaisa muaamla hone lage, to fuqaha usko chhodne ka hukm farmaate hai.

Aur yahan haal ye hai ke awaam to awaam ulamaa tak use bade ihtimaam se padhte hai, aur lutf ye ke bil jahar padhne ka riwaaj aam hota jaa raha hai Awwalan is tasbeeh ka subut hadees se mushkil hai.

Allama shaami ne zarur ise likha hai, aur un ki ittibaa me ye duaa hamaari kutube fiqah wa fataawa me darj ho ga’i hai, haalan ke jo duaa wa azkaar ahaadees me marwi hai unka padhna ziyaadah sawaab rakhta hai, isi wajah se hazrat aqdas Maulana RASHEED ahmad saahab gangohi Rahmatullahi alaihi kaa maamul iske bajaaye (3 kalmah) padhne ka tha.

Hazrat mufti Azizur rahman saahab tahreer farmaate hai : Ahqar kehtaa hai kalimah (som) ki bahot fazeelat ahaadise saheehaa me waarid hai, isliye padhna uska afzal hai, aur yahi maamool wa mukhtaar tha hazrat muhaddis wa faqeeh gangohi”ka.

Hazrat hakimul ummat molaana thaanwi se kisi ne puchha ke Aap tarwihaa me kiya padhte hai? farmayaa : shar’an koi zikr muta’aiyan to he nahi, baaqi me 25
martabah durud shareef padh letaa hu.

KHULAASA: Tarwiha me padhne ki koi duaa ahaadis se saabit nahi hai, ye jo mash’hoor tasbeeh hai uske padhne ki gunjaaish hai,lekin us ko zaruri nahi samajhna chaahye, Aur na zor se padhna chaahye , Us ke bajaaye wo azkaare masnunah padhna jinki fazilat saabit hai ziyaadah behtar hai, Aur yahi salfe saaliheen aur akaabire dewband ka maamul rahaa hai,
